Various techniques are taught with the individual student in mind. From basic breath work to vipassana, mantra and zen meditation, students are taught according to their interests and capabilities.
There is time and opportunity for each student to ask questions and receive private instruction to improve their practice.
The format is a 3o sitting minute meditation, followed by a 10 minute walking meditation, followed by a question and answer period or talk.
This is a donation based class and beginners are asked to come 10 minutes early for basic instruction.
