DETAILS: Stress can seriously affect your relationships, your job, your education, and your mental, emotional, and physical health. Whether you are raising a toddler or a teenager, you are married or single, young, old or in between, stress affects everyone. Stress is a natural part of life and can serve a useful purpose, unless it gets out of control. Learn how to manage stress so it doesn’t manage you!
January 13, 2014 “Don’t Pop Your Cork!” An overview of stress and our body’s reaction to it. Learn to slow yourself down and quiet your mind and body while still maintaining your active lifestyle.
January 20th, 2014 “Stress and Anxiety” – Anxiety comes in many different “disguises”- worry, fret, OCD, panic, social insecurity and avoidance are just a few of the ways anxiety is manifested. Learn and experience the methods of freeing yourself from anxiety.
January 27, 2014 “Am I Depressed or Just Stressed?” – Feeling low? Have little energy? Not motivated? Can’t decide if you are just tired, feeling blue or “in a real depression?” Come and understand the difference. Leave feeling renewed.
